The casino was old.needs some serious updating. I was charged almost $200 over my bills and had to be refunded after I complained. The Reserve is open on Wednesday afternoon and closed at 9:00 with no room service offered. Their buffet was the best, but were closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The only real plus to both rooms was they were very near to the elevator. The toilet was in a small room in the bathroom that was too small for my wheelchair. Kevin and Bruce updated me to a luxury room with a large bathroom with the same tub, but all the wash items were located in the wall shower and sink. The only thing handicap friendly was a large chair that had to be put in the tub. It was a very small room with a king bed that felt like sleeping on sand paper. I picked an accessible room and the tub was a large wavy size. My family wanted me to stay closer to where they lived for fun, so I pick Joliet. Would not stay again based on the price of rooms.… Ordered room service which took twice as long as we were told it would, which was still only about 30 min,but don't say 15 if it won't be 15min. Casino was an average casino, did win a little money so that was good. Flavors buffet was good, smaller than expected but everything I had was tasty. Hallway outside our room was very loud, could hear every conversation as people walked by. The security at the elevator was a different person every time we went through, so like every couple or hours which seamed strange. Bathroom floor was dirty in spots, toilet did not look clean, luckily I travel with antibacterial cleaners so I gave the bathroom a wipe down.was easier than changing rooms or waiting for someone to come clean(plus I knew it was clean for sure after I did it). Bed did not have a fitted sheet and bed protector was upside down so the rubbery part was face up with a flat sheet on top which of course moved while sleeping. Hotel not worth the cost, stayed there out of convenience, room was nice but could have been cleaner.
